American Heritage Credit Union, a $4 billion credit union, has an immediate opening for a experienced Branch Operations Project Analyst. This position will support the Branch Operations network through business analysis, project management, and systems support. Identify and implement efficiency among Branch Operations processes, ultimately ensuring the front-line staff has all necessary resources to create the best member experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Administer project management software on behalf of Branch Operations, developing/maintaining project schedules/tasks and ensuring projects remain on budget and on time.
  • Submit new project requests for consideration, including financial and risk analyses.
  • Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate a project's achievement toward its intended goal(s).
  • Represent Branch Operations as a collaborator on multi-department projects/meetings.
  • Provide documented analysis for the Branch and Contact Center operation that identify new opportunities for enhancement/efficiencies.
  • Administer the account opening platform, developing/enhancing new products/documents/workflows as necessary.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for the services/technologies instituted for the Branch Operations network.
  • Coordinate, communicate and support all system releases for Branch Operations platforms, conducting proper testing and documentation in preparation.
  • Create/update procedures for any new or enhanced processes as needed and serve as liaison to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) team.
  • Deploy projects as delegated by the AVP of Branch Operations Project Management
  • Travel to branches for project deployment as required.
  • Coordinate all training needs with the American Heritage training department as they relate to Branch Operations project deployments.
  • Serve as a back-up to the AVP of Branch Operations Project Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Professional, well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills necessary for projecting a positive image as a representative for the Credit Union
  • Strong written/verbal presentation and motivational skills for deploying projects to affected staff and for presentation of analyses and project recommendations.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep projects on task and well documented.
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving and research skills.
  • Effective when working under pressure and managing tasks/projects with aggressive deadlines/time-sensitivity.
